We currently only offer delivery within Singapore. Please allow 3-5 business days for your parcel to reach you!

Free local delivery for orders above S$100.

A flat rate delivery fee of S$5 applies for orders below S$100.

RETURNS

We understand that sizing and fit has room for error, hence we accept returns subject to the conditions set out below. If you feel like you need to make a return, please reach out to us within 14 calendar days of receipt and we will do our best to help! We would be happy to hear back from you. 

What can I return or exchange?

  • Items need to be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with tags and labels intact.
  • No returns and exchanges allowed for sale items.
  • Exchanges for size/colour are subject to stock availability.
  • We reserve the right to reject return/exchange requests deemed unable to meet our criteria as set out above.
  • Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. 

How do I return or exchange?

You may choose to return your purchase (A) in the form of store credits or (B) as a 1-1 exchange of a different size or colour only, subject to stock availability. 

You may opt for either of two options for the return/exchange process:

1. Via post to our headquarters

We would strongly recommend trackable delivery services to prevent parcels from getting lost or damaged in transit. Fieldtrip Days unfortunately cannot be liable for the safety of goods in transit. Delivery fees are to be borne by customer. 

Returned items will be inspected and if all are in good order, store credits will be processed between 1-2 business days while exchange orders will be processed as per the usual order timeline. 

2. In-person return/exchange at our headquarters

By appointment only from Mondays to Fridays 10am to 4pm - Please reach out to us to confirm date, timing, and refund/exchange details before heading down. We want to ensure we are available and have stock on-hand to facilitate your return and exchange. 

Returned items will be inspected and if all are in good order, store credits will be processed between 1-2 business days while exchange orders will be processed on the spot.

Wrong items or defects 

We personally inspect every item and parcel sent out to ensure our customers will only receive items we are happy with. However, in the off-event that you receive something you didn't order, or if there was a defect in your item, we do apologise. Please do reach out to us at hello@fieldtripdays.com, and we will be glad to assist.
